Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging with thermocol must also be intact. All the contents of the box must be as it was when delivered including the user manual, power cable, etc. The product will be only eligible for return if the above conditions are met.

Returns will only be accepted upto 15 days from the date of reception of the product by the customer (date of delivery). The product will be only accepted for return after thorough inspection from the staff and then the refund will be processed. For more information on the refund, refer to the refunds section.

In case of defective/damaged product received by the customer, the customer needs to write to orders@thefond.co with a clear description of the problem and proof of purchase following which a replacement will be initiated from our end and the product will be replaced within the next 7-8 working days.

Refunds


Once the return is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify the customer that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. To be eligible for refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The original packaging with thermocol must also be intact. All the contents of the box must be as it was when delivered including the user manual, power cable, etc.

If the returns are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credited to your bank account within 5 -7 working days. Your account details will be collected once your refund is approved. The return amount will be the amount left after deducting the transaction cost.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@thefond.co

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for the same item, send us an email at orders@thefond.co. The defective/damaged product will be picked up and you will be given a replacement at the same time.
